Riviera Marina Fishing Report

Colorado River - Laughlin - Laughlin, NV

Here is some news from our Rotary Park Area one of our preferred fishing spots. Our local angler Leroy Morin Jr. was fishing from shore to land some striped bass. He was bait fishing using anchovies one of our preferred baits and has proved to produce fish. Leroy's stripers weighed in at 4.28 pounds at 25 inches and the 2.84-pound striper was 20 and 1/2 inches.

I am getting the word that our other areas are best fished in the morning or evening hours. The Community Park area and the Casino Row has been doing ok and a few stripers are being landed while the big bend area has slowed a bit. The nature center is a great spot and a good chance to drift an anchovy in that area.

Up on lake Mohave the striper bite has been picking up and one angler was having luck trolling an ac plug. The marsh area should be a great spot for the largemouth bass anglers as they are off the nests and the fry are growing fast.

Hope this helps some for now and we look forward to seeing you in soon to share that catch and your story mostly thanks so much for all of your support Now Go Catch A Fish Rusty Riviera Marina 520 Riviera Blvd. Bullhead City Az. 928-763-8550
