The Fall River Valley had a cold snap and snow. You can still fish if you would like. Good techniques would be to target fish with leeches and stripping scuds. The warmer days should have good Baetis hatches.
Hot Flies: TB Drowned Rusty Spinner, PMD's, Norman's Wiggletails, Pheasant Tails, Mercer's Missing Link, Zug Bugs, and Leeches.
