The Forest Service Road (FR 46) up the Breitenbush River has re-opened. No trout were stocked over the past two summers but there are resident trout available. Hardy anglers can fish this river in the winter when flows are cooperating. Fly-fishing techniques such as nymphing are likely to produce more action than other methods.
