Fishing has slowed overall, but the Pit Arm is fishing very well right now for bass. These are smaller fish overall, but there are tons of them. The Float N' Fly fished about 10' or a stripped minnow pattern on a sinking line should get you on plenty of fish. The gear anglers are reporting the crawfish-colored grub fished on the banks is working great, so a full sink line and a crayfish pattern like the Whiplash Cray or Warpath Craw should do the trick. Look for bait balls and surface action to target fish in a feeding frenzy.
