The lake is definitely cold and the fish are pretty sluggish as a result. Temps on the surface are around 46 F. Good news, however, we have a warm storm in the next week that should do wonders to bring the temps back up and the fish should respond to this favorably. Some fish can still be had on the Float N' Fly fished down to 15 feet. As the water warms you will have to search out bait balls. When the rain does come look for fish to congregate on the creeks and little rivulets of water coming off of the hillsides as the will bring in quite a bit of insects.
