The Upper Deschutes has been fishing fair. Nymphing has been the most consistent method for all times of the day and we like psycho princes, zebra midges, hares ears, and slim shadys to name a few. Streamers are always fun on the upper and a good way to target some larger fish. Dry-dropper setups are also fun and effective on the upper.
