The lake was tested and has not had any detectable blue green algae . Anglers have been using inflated crawlers or green Powerbait by the dam. Always rinse your catch when you get home before eating or freezing . Both roads are open. You will see some construction going on along the road by the lake. They are installing guardrails along the dirt road and there has been talks to include railing down by the dam area to restrict overnight camping. I have not heard back from BLM in regards to when the campground will reopen.
Good luck on your next fishing adventure. If you have a question. a report in our local fishing area or have a photo of your catch, send it to nevada@fishreports.com. Hope to see you on the waters. Good fishin' and tight lines.
