Cold Creek Reservoir is still at 85% of capacity and is 50% ice covered.  The ice is thin and should be considered unsafe. Angers can expect to catch 8-to-10-inch rainbow trout and tiger trout.  With cooler water temperatures, largemouth bass catch rates have begun to slow down.  Although harvest is still allowed, anglers are encouraged to catch and release bass caught until their population is well established in the lake.
