The Trask River is big and brown today and looks like it will stay on the high side all week; although, it will probably green up in a day or two. Based on what we saw in other basins late last week there should be fish throughout the system. The Trask does not have any hatchery steelhead releases but gets a run of wild steelhead that provide catch-and-release opportunity, and the occasional hatchery stray is caught.
