We have been getting a good amount of Rain in Northern California. With the changing flow on the river has us jumping around a bit, the most productive area to fish has been up river near Douglas city area. The flows and the water color has been staying pretty good up that way. We are averaging 6 to 8 steelhead a day. There is still plenty of fish around.
