Hello from your friends at Eastern Sierra Sportfishing! We hope that 2024 brings you big smiles and bent rods!

We've been enjoying this mild winter and taking care of some wintertime work and upgrades. We've focused our fishing efforts on the fishy waters of the Owens Valley until April (look for another update about these trips soon!)

Crowley Lake is holding at a decent level and there has been a strong run of big rainbows spawning in the river, signaling what should be excellent fishing for those big Crowley bows this season! Throw in those chunky, hard fighting cutthroat trout and beefy, stubborn brown trout and you've got a chance to experience some of the best trout fishing in the west! Don't forget about those scrappy Sacramento Perch too! These smaller but hearty fighters are highly sought after by those who want a change of pace from trout, or perhaps want to keep some fish to eat. They make for great table fare and fun for the whole family!

Now is the time to start planning your fishing adventures and we are now taking bookings for the upcoming season on Crowley Lake (April 27-October 26).
