The first week of our 2024 Striped bass fishing season has come and gone but I'm happy to report that we are catching limits daily and the fishing has been fantastic!  Water conditions are great and the weather has been pretty good overall as well.  We still have 6 weeks of Striper fishing in front of us and we're excited to report that we're seeing some of the larger Striped Bass pushing up river.  We have been fishing along the soft edges of the river with live minnows for the most part and its proving to be a very effective presentation once again this year.  As water conditions begin to clear up a bit we'll likely start introducing some other techniques for our smaller groups during our day of fishing.  Right now, its hard to beat live bait.  We still have a handful of available dates since we have 3 boats working the river for Stripers again this year.  Its not too late to get a trip scheduled and the season is really just getting started.  Give Jaynie a call or text at the office for more information and available dates.  (530) 510-2925.  Thank you!
