Bridgeport is still fishing very well with lots of nice fish, some up to nearly 6 pounds, are being caught. The bait fishing from boats seems to be the best method though we are still getting a few good trolling reports as well. The shore fishing has pretty much stopped from what we’ve been hearing. For trolling with lead core go with 3 or 4 colors and drag Thomas Bouyants, crawlers, speedy shiners and small Rapalas. For bait fishing go to Rainbow Point or up in any of the stream channels that feed the reservoir and try pinched crawlers, inflated crawlers, power bait and mice tails.
