That doggone Little Lava Fire has moved enough that additional closures are required to keep the public safe.
At this time all of the Upper Deschutes from Little Lava to the Road 40 bridge have been closed. Sad that the Blue Hole access is not possible! The good news looking at the fire perimeter is that it is not currently burning near the lake, the blue hole or down the river. But it could.
Cross your fingers for the rain coming tomorrow afternoon and Wednesday.
