Water Conditions
The Feather river flow is low, but the water temperatures is cooling and its making the fishing better. No inclement weather upcoming.
Tips for the Week
On the Feather River, the best bet for anglers is fishing the top of the rapids thru pools. Use crawlers with little to no weight, or, panther martins in yellow and red.
Suggested Flies, Lures, and Bait
Euro nymphing with hares ear, prince nymph, copper john, or balanced leeches. Panther martins for lures.
