Water temperature is sitting in the high 40s. Fishing for trout is still fair to good and should continue into the ice fishing season, with the fall trout stocking to occur in the coming weeks. Trout will continue to bite on worms, PowerBait or flashy spinners. Fly anglers can try streamer or leech patterns. Best fishing will be from a float tube, kayak or other small watercraft due weedy shorelines. Expect bass fishing to be slow for the remainder of the season.
