The lake held steady at 53 percent of its storage capacity and bass anglers reported a good bite with bass taking drop shot, Ned rigs, and small swimbaits in 10 to 30 feet of water. Crankbaits worked for bites early in the day, and spoons took fish in deeper water. White bass were reported as bycatch by the bass anglers using jigging spoons. Catfish cooperated for anglers using cut baits and dip bait, and crappie were partial to small live minnows.
