The shore's unstable ice prevents boat launches, but the center is still open. Ice formed overnight, only to melt as the day progressed.

We are hopeful that the low temperatures expected in the coming weeks will help establish a solid ice cap.

Participants in the quad event should note that we are considering a date swap for some parks due to safety concerns and will provide a further update shortly.
