Flows have dropped again! After fluctuating around 300 CFS the river has now dropped to 98 CFS where its been stable since the 28th. The water is still dark, but conditions are improving. The afternoon midge hatch has been strong, with rising fish to emergers and adults. Nymphing has been productive with Fire Starters, Perdigons, Rainbow Warriors, and Scuds. Black leeches on a dead drift have also worked well. For the best success, use Euro rigs.
