Hey everyone, it’s me with a couple of stripers I caught a couple of years ago. I’d love to get some local and visiting anglers involved by bringing in their catches so we can share your stories! You don’t need to land a big fish – any catch would be great. I know trout are still coming in, so a few rainbow trout would make a perfect addition to our fish report.

I caught these stripers while fishing from a friend's boat using a pencil popper near the Boy Scout Camp area, or by the cliffs. They weighed around 6-7 pounds.

As for Lake Mohave, we haven’t heard much lately. The wind has kept most watercraft at the harbor. However, up near the casino area, you should find rainbow trout. We’re getting weekly deliveries from the Willow Beach Hatchery. Anglers are having great success with various spinners, and if you're fishing with bait, night crawlers and PowerBait are bringing in limits of rainbows.

Just a heads up, the limit for rainbow trout along the shores of the Colorado River below the Davis Dam is 5 per angler.
