Haystack is good too, and certainly worth the trip

Haystack is good too, and certainly worth the trip as some of the high lakes are not open, or considering it is probably blowing snow showers across Crane today.
Balanced leeches continue to be the best choice here too.
Chironomids and Callibaetis and Damsel Nymphs are smart moves for the Haystack menu too.

Chickahominy Reservoir: Chickahonimy continues to be a great spot to head out to

Metolius River: The Metolius River is seeing some really good days lately
Deschutes River- Lower: The Lower Deschutes has fished great for us this 1st week of the 2025 season
Deschutes River: The Middle Deschutes is running low and that makes access and wading easier
Fall River: The Fall River is awesome right now
McKenzie River: We’ve been having great days on the McKenzie River
Crooked River: The Mighty Crooked River continues to be a bummer. 900+ CFS today
