The reservoir was stocked earlier this month with 13,000 legal rainbow trout. Some very fat holdover trout in the 14-20 inch range are still being caught after stocking. This is a great time to visit this reservoir, water temperatures are now in the upper 50's and trout will be more active. Flies, lures, and bait are all effective ways to catch trout this time of year in Krumbo. Bass are likely more active now that the water has warmed and can be found throughout the shallow portions of the reservoir, especially near the inlet in and around the rushes
