The Reservoir is still fishing excellent. Most of the action has been from anglers fishing out of boats, both trolling and still fishing, however we did have several pretty good reports from shore anglers this week as well. The shore anglers were doing the best with inflated crawlers and mice tails down near the “Bathtub” area and on down towards the dam. The trolling has been good with night crawlers, Thomas Bouyants, Rapalas and needlefish. There’s some decent browns showing up in the 1 to 2.5lb range while there’s been lots of nice rainbows in the 2 to 5 pound range as well as a 10lb 3oz rainbow that was caught this week. Bait anglers are doing well over near Rainbow Point with pinched crawlers, mice tails, inflated crawlers and power bait.
