East Lake is showing promise but isn’t at its peak quite yet—many Rainbows appear to be spawning. Scuds and Chironomids are working best, and Callibaetis hatches are ramping up. Look to fish the full life cycle: stripping nymphs or suspending them near the weed beds. Terrestrials like Ants and Beetles are also reliable.
