We have seen quite the drop over the past week and the Upper River down through Pollard Flat should be more accessible and fish pretty well. Maybe try some dry fly towards dark. The Yellow Sallies and Golden Stones are beginning to come off as are Caddis. The #12-14 Poxyback GS Biot Yellow Stones, Jigged Bird's Nest, Red Copper Johns, and the large #14 RK's Sin City are all good flies right now.
