Phillips Reservoir is about 82 percent full.District staff sampled Phillips Reservoir on June 12th. Catch was primarily composed of yellow perch. The perch that we collected had an average length of almost 6 inches and a max length of around 8 inches. The larger perch were observed on the western portion of the reservoir. We also encountered smallmouth bass, which had an average length of 7 inches and a max length of 19.5 inches. No tiger muskie were observed during this sampling event.
