The dynamic 8-year-old duo had an amazing time fishing with their dad yesterday!
James caught his second bass ever, while Grace  caught her very first crappie and 4.1 lbs. bass! Her dad said that she reeled in the 4.1 lbs. bass all by herself and is now leading the July Whopper Contest.
Way to go, James and Grace!

Small to medium sized Largemouth Bass are biting near structure. They are hitting crankbaits, crawdads, and dark colored plastics.   Several large catfish in the twenty - thirty-pound range caught in the month of June. Most of the action taking place near the west buoy line and along Senior Shoreline.
