Sunday's Offshore Updates
- The Highliner's 2.5 Day trip finished up with 31 Bluefin Tuna and 10 Yellowtail. 20 of the Bluefin were 100+ pounds!
- The Aztec's 3 day trip returned up with 67 Bluefin Tuna and 65 Yellowtail for 21 anglers.
- The El Gato Dos Full day charter finished up with 4 Yellowtail, 3 Bonito, and 1 Bluefin Tuna for their 4 anglers.
Sea Watch Full Day Report
- The Sea Watch returned from their full day offshore trip with 47 Yellowtail and 1 Bluefin Tuna. Their next trip offshore is Wednesday with plenty of spots available.
Polaris Supreme 3 Day
- The Polaris Supreme returned from their 3 day trip with 127 Bluefin tuna for their 23 anglers.
New Seaforth Half Day Report
- The New Seaforth AM 1/2 Day returned with 9 Calico Bass 30 (Released),10 Sand Bass, 5 Rockfish, 1 Sculpin, and 20 White Seabass (Released).
- The New Seaforth PM 1/2 Day returned with 20 Calico Bass 50 (Released), 24 Rockfish, 1 Sculpin, and 1 White Seabass for their 46 anglers.
Saturday Night Twilight
- The New Seaforth's Saturday night Twilight trip finished with limits of Sand Bass (204) for their 51 anglers!3m>
Full Day Updates
- The San Diego is back online Tuesday! The captain recommends a setup that can fish an anchovy with 20/25/30lb mono on a smaller sized reel along with small hooks in sizes 2's and 4's with rubber core or split shot sinkers. Also having a 40/50lb setup to fish smaller sniper and dart style jigs in 80g and 100g sizes.
- The Sea Watch is headed offshore Wednesday targeting Tuna and Yellowtail! The captain recommends having a live bait rod to fish 20/25/30lb with a size 2 or 4 live bait hook along with rubber core or split shot sinkers. Also having a 40-50lb setup to fish a colt sniper style jig or smaller flat fall jig in 80g to 100g sizes.
