Beulah is around 30% full and the boat ramp is useable. Fly fishing using balance leeches was productive last week in the upper portion of the reservoir. Water temperatures are now in the 60s and fishing will contunue to be productive for some really nice rainbows and redband.

There are bull trout in the reservoir, if you catch a bull trout you must release it unharmed.
