Fall chinook are spread throughout the lower river. This time of year, anglers that can move around and find pockets of water that are holding fish tend to do better. Anglers are reminded they are still restricted to the bobber rule until November 4.
Anglers will want to check fishing regulations and any updates prior to fishing.
