Water temperatures are dropping into the high 40s to low 50s. Trout in the 15″ t0 20″ range are being caught in the collection ditch. Dry fly fishing has slowed, and fly anglers are switching to leeches, streams and chironomids. Small, flashy spinners like Panther Martins are the go-to for spin anglers. Bass fishing is about done for the season. Special Regulations: Artificial lures only in the collection ditch. No wading allowed in the collection ditch.
