Had to share a trout stocking photo—and yes, that’s me standing next to the truck as it delivers a beautiful plant of rainbow trout. The Willow Beach Hatchery, a federal facility, brought us these fish, and their crew does a great job raising and transporting trout for our anglers to enjoy.

Our stocking sites include Rotary Park, Community Park, and Davis Camp. Due to low water releases, Community Park has been the most favorable location for safely getting the truck to the water.

The trout limit below Davis Dam is 5 fish, and the striped bass limit is 10. Shore anglers are having great success using trout jigs, nightcrawlers, PowerBait, and various spinners. Striper anglers are seeing the best results with glide baits in trout patterns, with white also working well.

Up on Lake Mohave, trolling has been producing the best results. Bucktail jigs in white and a variety of glide baits have been working well there too.
