Access to the Box Creek reservoirs usually opens up by mid-April to early May. The other lakes usually aren't accessible until late May or early June. Rainbow trout are stocked soon after access is possible. Rainbow trout will be stocked there in May if there is enough water to sustain fish. Manning Meadow Reservoir is closed to fishing from January 1 to the second Saturday in July
