Owyhee Reservoir is around 47% full, all boat ramps are open except for the county ramp near the dam. No reports on bass catch rates but there are some nice smallmouth and largemout in the reservoir right now.
Black Crappie are abundant right now, but most are quite small and range from 8-10 inches. Crappie can be found throughout the reservoir.
Channel catfish are abundant in the reservoir, the best places to target catfish are relatively shallow flats throughout the reservoir. The best catfishing can be found in the Leslie Gulch area.
