Fishing conditions:  Good

Report: Fishing is still very good, but you will have to work a little harder as the fish have seen (and eaten) every fly known to Northern California. The primary hatch are PMDs, some Callibaetis, and Tricos will be happening soon. Look for spinner falls in the morning, fish will be sipping them on the side seams where the spinners collect. Good flies during a hatch PMD Challenged or the Film Critic, Rusty Spinners for the spinner fall in the morning. Other things to keep on your radar are Water Boatmen, Callibaetis, Yellow Sallies, and Blue Wing Olives. Good dropper flies are Sweet Peas, Two-Bit Hookers, Red Micro Mays, and Russ' Sin City. Strip Pine Squirrel Leeches and Water Boatmen in the mid-day and afternoons. If you would like to set up a day on the Fall, give a call Bryan in Outfitters at 800-669-3474 to set up a trip!
