Water Conditions:
Cold, 50 degrees F except shallows.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches:
Nymphing is tough but streamer folks are doing well near the dam. Warming weatehr this week should get the hatch going.
RECOMMENDED FLIES:
Big and Buggy for flies under the indicator. Brown and cinnamon wooly buggers stipped slow and deep.
