Water Conditions:
Flows are down to reasonable levels, and the waters starting to warm. Be careful, there are still a lot of places that aren't wadable.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches:
Excellent! Fishing is great in the morning, til about noon. Things pick back up in the evening til dark. Serious dry action at dusk. Mostly mayflies. Bigger is better later in the day. Stick with small caddis earlier, then switch to larger sizes later.

Crowley Lake: Fish Along the Old Stream Channel at Crowley
Owens River: Fishing is consistent and good on the Upper Owens
Owens River: The Owens River Gorge has very good fishing right now
Owens River: Flows are stabilized at around 400 cfs and fishing is good on the Lower Owens
Bridgeport Reservoir: Fish the Inlets and Outlets at Bridgeport Reservoir
East Walker River (CA): Is the East Wlaker at its prime right now, some people think so!
