Smaller bugs #22-24 working best on the Upper Owens for Fly Fishermen

Water Conditions:
Good as of 10/10 flows are at 75cfs above the Hot Creek confluence.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches:
Good flows are down as they are no longer diverting water south from the Mono basin. Midges Early and Late, Baetis hatch around mid-day but small bugs 22-24. Caddis hatches at random times in the day. Some Callibaetis down towards the lake. With some bigger rainbows moving up from Crowley.

DRIES:
Parachute Adams #20, Sloan Outrigger Caddis #16, Goddard Caddis #16, Elk Hair Caddis Tan & Olive #18, Brook's CDC Baetis #22-24
NYMPHS:
Copper Tiger Midge #18-20, BH Prince Nymph #16, Depth Charge Bird's Nest #14 Black, Green Copper John #16, Pheasant Tail #16, San Juan Worm Red, Zebra Midge #16-18 , Olive Scuds, Western Coachman #16
STREAMERS:
Meat Whistles, Olive Black and Brown Wooly Buggers, Slump Busters

Owens River: The Rainbows Are Coming into the Upper Owens from Crowley making Fly Fishermen Happy
Owens River: Fly Fishing is good at the Owens River Gorge
Owens River: High Flows are making Fly Fishing on the Lower Owens Difficult
Bridgeport Reservoir: Fish at Bridgeport are moving around, the best bet for Fly Fishermen is to fish along the weedbeds
