for Thursday, August 2nd, 2012Owens River: Conditions are perfect to fish the Lower Owens, if it weren't for the mid-day sun
Hot Creek: When the wind isn't blowing Hot Creek can be just the ticket, expecially for dry fly fishermen
Owens River: The flows are very low on the Upper Owens but there is good dry fly action
East Walker River (CA): Dry fly action can be good on the East Walker in the mornings and late afternoons
Bridgeport Reservoir: Bridgeport Reservoir is tough right because of the weeds and water temps
San Joaquin River: The San Joaquin is fishing well but still has some closed areas.

Hot Creek: The afternoon winds are tough at Hot Creek so fish in the AM. The menu is Caddis & Hoppers

Adobe Pond: Callibaetis & Midges make Adobe Pond fish go off
Owens River: The Upper Owens is good for dry fly action in the morning
Owens River: Flows are around 200 cfs, look for some good fishing here
