Water Conditions: Poor the flows are down to 23 cfs as of 10/31.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Fish are going to be stacked in the deepest water they can find at this point because of the low flows. Mostly small midges and mayflies after it starts to warm up.
RECOMMENDED FLIES:
DRIES: Yellow Humpy #18, Brook's CDC Baetis Emerger #20-22, Spent Partridge Caddis 318, Elk Hair Caddis #16-18, Grey or Olive Parachute Caddis #18, , Parachute Adams #16-18
NYMPHS: Pheasant Tail #16-22, Tungsten Psycho #16-20, Epoxy Back Baetis #20-22, Rainbow Warrior #18, Two Bit Hooker Black #18-22, Black Flashy WD-40 #20, Black WD-40 #20, Zebra Midge Black or Copper #18, Anderson's Bird of Prey Tan #18, Lafontaine's Sparkle Pupa #18-20
STREAMERS: Rickard's Stillwater Bugger Black, Dead Drift Crayfish, Black wooly buggers, Slump Busters, Almost any sculpin pattern.

Crowley Lake: Fishing is still good at Crowley but sometimes its tough because of all of the smaller fish
Owens River: Fishing on the Upper Owens is good but the water is a little off color
Owens River: Not much has changed at the Owens River Gorge since last week
Rock Creek - Section 1: Be sure to fish the lakes on your way for Rock Creek
Rush Creek: On Rush Creek fish the section above 395 in the afternoon
Owens River: The Lower Owens has a Crane Fly hatch in the AM and a caddis hatch in the PM
Bridgeport Reservoir: The best approach at Bridgeport right now is stripping from a tube
East Walker River (CA): At Bridgeport Res use mayfly patterns in the AM & terrestrials in the early evening
