Join staff member Ben Stricklin, and his 15 years of So. Cal saltwater fly fishing experience for an evening fly tying session. You will learn to tie 3 productive surf patterns; the Surf Worm, Clouser Variant and the Surfin' Merkin. This is an intermediate skill level class where Ben will take you through the steps (and shortcuts) to tying a few of his favorites for the local surf scene.

All fly tying equipment and materials are provided for class use. Class size is limited to six students so you are assured personal attention in a relaxed environment.

Class fees: $45

Cancellations - Cancellations made 14 days prior to class date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior will be rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 8 days prior to class date will forfeit their class fee and space.
