Westlands Water District & friends are trying to get water releases from the Trinity River halted, which could spell the annihilation of the fall run of chinook salmon on the low and warm Klamath River.

Now, don't forget that Trinity River, Salmon River, New River and Scott River kings are affected by this too, so it's not just about Klamath fish.

After the massive fish kill in 2002, it's unfathomable to think that we could let this happen again! Not to mention the fact that in addition to kings, the kill would also wipe out threatened runs of coho and wild steelhead.
