ROCK SPRINGS-Discover the joy of tying your own flies and learn all the basic skills to tie a variety of flies, such as dry flies, nymphs, and streamers in this 13 week class offered at the C Street Library in Rock Springs.

The classes are 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., every Tuesday, beginning on November 12 and running through February 18, 2014. Students will need to provide their own materials and tools. A list will be given to students at the first class.There is a charge of $5.00 for the instruction booklet.
