The pond s full, and the reservoir is frozen. Anglers are catching rainbow trout through the ice. They are using ice flies or small jigs tipped with mealworms, wax worms or nightcrawlers. Snow levels are low, so you can still drive up to the reservoir with a four-wheel-drive vehicle

Rockport Reservoir: There are five or more inches of ice covering Rockport Reservoir.
Weber River: Ice has accumulated throughout the Weber River corridor, so use extreme caution.
Lower Provo: You'll find snowy conditions on the Lower Provo River. Angling pressure is light
Middle Provo: Good fishing on the Middle Provo
Strawberry Reservoir: Most bays at Strawberry are iced over & have 2–3 inches of ice. There's still a lot of open water.
Utah Lake: There's a layer of thin ice on Utah Lake, but please wait for thicker ice.
