Anglers report fair to good fishing for rainbows, browns, perch and walleye, but reports have varied wildly about the type of fishing -- ice vs. open water. Winds and cold nights seem to be changing the landscape daily and sometimes hourly. As of Friday morning, the ice was unsafe. The area near the main ramp and bridge were mainly open water. Anglers were fishing from the bank and float tubes.
