There haven't been many anglers on the pond. There's some open water and unstable ice near the inlet and around the edges. The rest of the pond has strong ice and good access. Ice fishing is permitted, but you're doing so at your own risk. Please use caution. The road leading directly to the pond is open to foot traffic. Division biologists are preparing to install artificial habitat structures this spring that should improve fishing.
