Anglers report fair to good fishing for rainbows and slow fishing for bass and small walleye. The best bank fishing has been near the dam and in the east bay near the dam. The most consistent fishing has been during the mid-morning and late-afternoon hours. Try trolling or casting crankbaits and brightly colored spoons. You may also want to try fishing with a worm-and-marshmallow combination, a worm and floating bait a couple of feet above the bottom, or a worm or cut bait suspended below a bobber.
