The Little Truckee is fishing good with fish responding to a variety of different flies and methods. Dead driting smaller nymph and midge imitations under an indicator is the most productive methods but there are plenty of fish being caught on dires as well. The water is low and clear making a stealthy approach mandatory to success. Stay low and fish light 6X and 7X tippets to maximize your chances. The fishing should continue to improve here as the month prcgresses.
