After seemingly months of waiting, the first decent round of cool wet weather  should be enough to pick the bite up! Salmon numbers are down but size and freshness is up. Salmon are still showing for anglers from Antioch Pittsburg to Freeport.   Most Salmon can be enticed with Silvertrons and Shasta Tackles new Scorpion spinners as well in the Isleton corridor . Bank anglers this past week along the highway 160 from Decker to Isleton Bridge are getting an occasional on Fling C?s as well. Small stripes showing on cut baits grass shrimp, pile worms . Cut bullheads are a GREAT option for the Stripers and crawlers still scored some nice catfish. Courtesy of Dan Mathisen Outdoors
