Striper, halibut and sturgeon all are being caught. Legal stripers prefer shiners. Trolling has slowed, but drifting or anchoring will get bass. Red Rocks is a good place for bass. Pumphouse is good for sturgeon and bass. Halibut are being caught at Southhampton, Berkeley Flats, Alameda Rock Wall and Paradise. (415) 456-0321
